You may choose to change or upgrade your SMASH! ticket before online sales close on Monday July 4, 2018 at 23:59 AEST (UTC +10:00). Changes and upgrades will not be available after the closing date. Please consider your order carefully when you upgrade as the process cannot be reversed.

The following changes or upgrades are allowed:

• Saturday Day Pass ($40.00) → Sunday Day Pass ($40.00)
• Sunday Day Pass ($40.00) → Saturday Day Pass ($40.00)
• Saturday Day Pass ($40.00) → Weekend Pass ($55.00)
• Sunday Day Pass ($40.00) → Weekend Pass ($55.00)

Downgrades are generally not permitted unless for exceptional circumstances.

All tickets are non-transferable to the following year. Purchased tickets are transferable to other individuals with no extra fees incurred. Name change requests can be made by following the link provided in your ticket order email. Name changes to tickets must be made before online sales close on Monday July 4, 2018 at 23:59 AEST (UTC +10:00).
