Do you want to be our next J-pop idol? If you’re a singer (solo or band) and/or dancer who grooves to J-pop, you have the chance to be a star on stage at SMASH! . Alternatively, if you have some awesome kendo moves you’d like to show off, this is for you. You will be showcasing your talents to thousands of Japanese pop culture enthusiasts from all over Australia. This is a golden opportunity to get more exposure as a performer.
Application Requirements:
- You must be available on the 14th or 15th of July 2018.
- Provide a video link of your performance (Note: This can be what you plan on performing, or a past performance)
- Performances must be at least be 10 minutes long
- Provide a link to music that you require for your performance
- Provide a list of equipment that you require for your performance
Key Information:
- Applications will close on the 3rd of June 2018.
- Applicants will be notified after this date if they are successful.
Please note that you will be performing as a volunteer, but will be rewarded with a free entry ticket on the day that you are performing. Additionally, there is a maximum number of 15 free tickets that will be awarded to any performing group.
